Shopping Steps
- Shopping Cart: Select the item(s) you wish to purchase by adding them to your Shopping Cart.
- Personalize Your Gift: Select the appropriate personalization options that suit your gift giving needs from the list provided.
- Shipping Information: Tell us where and how you want your order shipped. Be sure to include a Gift Label Message for each Recipient (appears on outside shipping label of your package).
- Billing Information: Provide us with the billing information for the credit card you are using.
- Order Summary & Payments: Verify your order information, make changes if needed and submit your order.
- Order Confirmation: Please save this information for your records.
Step By Step Ordering Instructions

- Set up your recipient addresses in the "Address Book" tab
- Click on the "Address Book" tab at the top of the home page and log into your account. To create a new account, click "Create An Account" near the top of the page.
- Add new recipients to your address book. Street addresses are required. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO and AFB. Please double-check all entries. World’s Finest Chocolate cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
- After completion click the World’s Finest Chocolate logo in the upper left corner. This will return you to the home page to begin shopping.
- Create Free Personalized Labels (optional)
- Click on the "PERSONALIZATION" tab near the top of the home page. Select "Image Library" from the drop down menu and log into your account.
- Locate the image you’d like to upload on...
- Select one of the image label templates available.
Round labels can be used on any of our round containers as shown in the catalog. There are 3 locations where images can be used on the label (Horizontal opening, Vertical opening Logo position).
Heart labels can be used on our heart shaped containers, as well as any of our round containers as shown in the catalog. There are two locations where images can be used on the label (Vertical opening and From opening).
House labels can be used on any of our round containers as shown in the catalog. This label has two locations where images can be used on the label (Vertical opening and From opening).
Bar Boxes offer images in the bottom right corner.
1.65 oz Bars offer images to the left of our flavor bar on the right side of the label.
1 lb – 50 lb Bars offer images in the "From" line only.

Helpful Hints: Load all of your images into your account and create your image label templates prior to shopping on the site. While you can always create more image labels when you are shopping, creating image label templates prior to shopping will expedite your check out time.
- After completion click the World’s Finest Chocolate logo in the upper left corner. This will return you to the home page to begin shopping.
- Go Shopping
- Browse or search for the product of your choice.
- On the product page select the quantity of the product needed for your order. For example, if you plan to send 5 people Continental Almonds, put the number 5 in the QTY field.
- Most of our products include FREE Personalized Labels. If you would like to personalize your label, click the "BUY NOW" button to add the product to your cart.
Helpful Hints: If you have more than 150 gift recipients, break up your order into multiple orders. With each individual order you will get an order confirmation, so that you do not lose track. Since you already have your recipients in your address book, going through the order process multiple times is quick and easy. Or, call Customer Service to take advantage of any volume discounts your order may qualify for.
- The Personalization page, you have the option of either applying a Saved Label or creating a New Label design.
Saved Labels Click on the "Choose Saved Label" drop down to select a Saved Label from your account.

Helpful Hints: Save your personalized labels for other products you plan on purchasing. Once you create a personalized label, you can re-use this label on other products in your order. Simply create a "Label Name" in the box located at the bottom of the Personalization page. For example, you’d like to re-use the personalized label you just created for the Continental Almond portion of your gift order on the rest of your business gifts. Once you’ve finished selecting all of your personalization options for the Continental Almonds, type "Holiday Gifts" in the Label Name box and click the "SAVE LABEL" button.
As you put new products into your cart – say Chocolate Covered Raisins - you will find the "Holiday Gifts" label name in the "Saved Label" drop down menu at the top of the Chocolate Covered Raisins’ Personalization Page. You can always edit any of the saved personalization options associated with this label, but this option gives you a head’s start on the next product you put in your shopping cart.
Save time when you want to personalize all of your products using the same label but ship them to different recipients. Let’s say you want to use our Continental Almonds as your holiday gift this year. You have 50 people on your shopping list so you put a quantity of "50" in your shopping cart. You have created a generic personalized label that you’d like to use on all 50 rounds of Continental Almonds. All you need to do is check the box in the Personalization Preferences section at the bottom of the page indicating "Yes, please apply this personalization to the remaining 49 items" and click the "CONTINUE" button. You will see 50 individual Continental Almonds in your shopping cart where you will now be able to assign the correct Ship To address for each recipient during the checkout process.
- Once completed, view the content of your Shopping Bag by clicking on the shopping cart link or symbol

- Verify that the personlization is correct. If you want to add additional gifts click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the page. If you need to edit Label Personalization selections, click on the "Edit" button. If you need to eliminate a product, click on the "Remove" button.
- Click the "Checkout" button to proceed.
- Billing Address Page
- Verify the Billing address information on this page.
- If you need to create a new entry into your address book, select the Create New button.
- Identify the type of credit card, enter your credit card number, expiration date and cardholder name.
- Click the "NEXT" button at the bottom.
- Shipping Address Page
- Use the drop-down menu next to each product to select the applicable recipient address.
- If you need to create a new entry into your address book, select the Create New button.
- Click the "NEXT" button at the bottom.
- Shipping Method Page
- Select your preferred shipping method.
- For each recipient enter either the earliest delivery date provided based on the method of shipment chosen, or the specific date by which it should be delivered. Please note – standard personalization lead times apply.
For personalized 1.75 oz bars (item # 71690, 71749 or 71780), please allow 10 business days for processing plus transit time. For all other personalized orders, please allow 4 business days for processing plus transit time. For non-personalized orders, please allow 2 business days for processing plus transit time.
- Click the "NEXT" button at the bottom.
Helpful Hints: If your selections on the first product apply to the entire order, select the button to APPLY selections made on the first row to all lines.
- Payment Method Page
- Identify the type of credit card, enter your credit card number, expiration date, cardholder name and credit card verification number.
- Click the "NEXT" button at the bottom.
- Order Confirmation Page
- Verify all information.
- Click the "SUBMIT ORDER" button at the bottom.
